A thinking partner,
from RFP to proposal.
RFP to Proposal Draft System
The client: A national architecture and engineering firm.
What we built: A thinking system from the engineering team’s own work that reads an RFP, finds the strategic angle, and writes the draft PowerPoint response.

A system built on the firm's own knowledge.
We constructed the system from their past proposals and internal documents and created an 11-step system that folded their unique thinking into each step. Beneath it all, we created a structured library, extracted from their past submissions.
All outputs trace back to work the firm has actually done, building its reasoning from these libraries. No made-up claims.
The system reads the RFP and turns every requirement into a clean matrix. It positions this matrix against a firm profile we created to recommend an approach. When approved by the team, it picks the projects, people and case studies that back it up. It writes the response in original language, shaped by the chosen approach and calling out response areas that require the firm’s input. Finally, it checks its own work against the facts and against the RFP's requirements. The team steers and makes every call. The system acts as a thinking partner and lays the groundwork of the proposal.

The proof.
We ran the system against a pursuit the firm had already submitted and wasn't used to train the system, and compared the system’s work to the team's. The system proposal:
0 errors in facts, claims and RFP requirements
Same strategic read as the team
Identical case studies and core team selection
Identified key points that only the team could complete, citing firm evidence
The case studies and team selection show the proof. These are only the same if all prior thinking is correct: the read of the RFP, the measure of the firm against the requirements and the strategic approach. More than a system that thinks like an AI, it thinks like the pursuit team does.
